Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi (AIES) is the largest industrial estate near Suvarnabhumi airport (The largest airport in Thailand) in Khlong Suan, Preng, Ban Ra Kat, and Bang Phli Noi Subdistricts, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan Province, about 20 km. to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. AIES is developed in three phases, totaling 4,000 Rai (640 hectares) of land, of which 3,020 Rai (483 hectares) of land is salable, which is jointly managed by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand. Supporting facilities nearby include Ladkrabang's Inland Container Depot, Custom - Free Zone at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Bangkok Port (Khlong Toei Seaport), and Laem Chabang Port, among others.
